Haley Gluhanich

Since joining FIREin 2022, Haley has passionately advocated for the free speech rights of all Americans, with a special focus on free speech on college campuses. She works tirelessly to ensure that students and faculty can exercise their rights to free expression, academic freedom, and due process. Haley believes that one of the best ways to advocate for something is educating others on the topic and engaging in civil discourse, which is why she’ll always accept an invitation to speak at an institution.
To keep her legal mind fresh and strong, Haley is an active member of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and sits on three committees for the American Bar Association’s Forum on Communications Law. She really owes her success to the education she received at Gettysburg College (’19) and the experiences she gained while at Michigan State University College of Law (’22). Although a Connecticut native, Haley is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
When she’s not fighting for First Amendment rights, you can find Haley experimenting with a new baking recipe (probably something with chocolate), enjoying the great outdoors, watching her favorite sports teams, or losing herself in a good puzzle.
