鈥淗arassment鈥 is unwelcome verbal, non-verbal, physical or visual conduct based on any legally protected characteristic, outlined below in Section 3 鈥 鈥楶rohibited Conduct鈥 鈥 that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with academic or work performance or creating an intimidating鈥
Student Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy
鈥淗ostile Environment Harassment鈥 means unwelcome sexual advances requests for sexual favors and other verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature that, based on totality of circumstances, is subjectively and objectively offensive and is so severe or pervasive that it limits鈥
