Robert Tackles OCR's Threat to Campus Rights on WGN Radio

OCR's mandate, which continues to foster concern in the media, requires colleges and universities receiving federal funding to employ the low "preponderance of the evidence" evidentiary standard ("more likely than not") when adjudicating complaints of sexual harassment and sexual violence.
