3. Demeaning Behavior. Any actions, activities, events or themes, whether on or off campus, which are demeaning and/or discriminatory based on a person鈥檚 race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age, or sexual orientation including but not limited to verbal harassment, sexual harassment, and sexual misconduct by individuals or members acting together.
