FIRE also have certain rights that are subject to each student鈥檚 compliance with, and are qualified by, all applicable policies, procedures, rules and requirements of the College and applicable law, as the same may be amended or modified from time to time. These rights include:
- Access to ideas, facts and opinions, the right to express ideas and discuss ideas with others.
- Expression of opinion, which includes the right to state agreement or disagreement with the opinions of others and the right to an appropriate forum for the expression of opinion.
